Box-o-Things

Anyone who owns a 3D printer knows the drill. After weeks even months of learning, calibrating, testing, trials and errors, ends up with a box-o-things. Mostly worthless bobbles and trinkets but hey, you made them or at least printed them so I guess everything is worth keeping.

The funny thing is you remember printing every single one of them, what you did right, what you did wrong and what you need to do next time. It’s a process.

No doubt it’s a long learning process but fun none the less. Fortunately PLA and ABS is cheap enough that you can pretty much go crazy and not worry about it.

I tend to get board easy so the thing I like about 3D printing is the fact that it’s endless projects and endless learning.

Trying out the new bed…

Our 15 year Anniversary Weekend

Great weekend with my wife Tammy at Tims Ford Lake. We stayed at a little cabin called Hawks Nest. Great place to say, clean, well stocked and what can I say… a private floating dock. I can say this, we’ll be back and next time it won’t be with a lame little canoe. Ok, the canoe was fun too but hey, on a lake like this you need big boys toys.
